- A selection of available hotels is displayed on your screen,
together with general hotel information and information concerning
availability. To see more information about any particular hotel,
click the i icon to the left of the hotel name. Once you have
chosen your hotel click Yes continue >>

- available hotels will be confirmed online immediately.
- hotels 'on request' will be confirmed with
a temporary (non-guaranteed) reservation number and contacted by
our staff after which your request will be confirmed within
three (office) hours. In the other cases our staff will suggest
alternative available hotels.
- The details of availability are displayed, including the
arrival and departure dates and room rates. Now confirm how you
want to guarantee your arrival:
- later, by confirming your credit card details by phone, fax
or email,
- immediately, by confirming your credit card details online.

- Confirm the surnames, gender and initials of the guests in
whose names the hotel will reserve the room(s).
- Check the summary of your reservation and confirm your
booking.
Your personal
customer code also for changes and cancellations
through this website.
Your reservation
will immediately be confirmed with a reservation number (or a
non-guaranteed reservation number in case of a booking for an 'on
request' hotel), together with your personal customer code. With
this code you can use the 'customer login' facility
when making new reservations (so that you dont have to register
again) or to cancel or change confirmed reservations by choosing
'update reservations' from the main menu.
